Life had become increasingly challenging, with troubles in both my marriage and work, and a persistent depression that seemed to envelop my mind. In search of solace, I embarked on a journey to a place that felt both ominous and alluring, a place that could be either heaven or hell. At daybreak, while my family still slept, I ventured out with one of my sons to explore the volcanic lakes, our hands intertwined in a silent show of solidarity.
